From now on, all flat materials strips can be continuously stretch-leveled – with no bending, no springback, no saber, and with a level of dimensional precision previously only found in aerospace applications. Our technology brings the best of premium manufacturing into everyday industrial use: continuous stretch-leveling – from coil to coil or just before cutting.
For decades, discontinuous stretch-leveling has been considered the most precise leveling process available – achieving flatness deviations as low as 0.078 mm per meter. It’s used where distortion is not an option – especially in aerospace. However, due to its limited cost-efficiency, it remained a niche technology.
With our globally unique stretch-leveling line based on Umlauf Bridles, we are now making this level of quality available for mass production – economical, efficient, and accessible to all.

We achieve a flatness accuracy of 0.078–0.1 mm/m on all strips, corresponding to a stress reduction of approximately 90–98%.
